Send Lawyers, Media and Allies: Transnational Strategic Litigation’s role in safeguarding human rights, upholding human dignity and providing access to justice in asymmetric and crisis laden regulatory frameworks.

The concept of legal advocacy is generic and transferable across jurisdictions. It is a process and not a substance and when properly deployed as part of a collaborative strategic model, is a superpower. It is a master mechanism providing “teeth” to any organisation challenging powerful corporates and governments who breach their responsibilities.

Without Strategic litigation initiatives being onboarded and/or embedded against (and sometimes for) powerful corporate and organisational interests, nothing will change for long.
